Who knew that Eleni missed eating rice so much? Here she is out to an Asian dinner with Lisa, Chris and us. She had already eaten her dinner at home, but I ordered her a bowl of plain steamed rice. The result was a RICE FRENZY!!!! We have now bought a rice cooker so that we will always have some handy.

It's fabulous to see Eleni looking so happy and settled with so many new faces and places. Looks like being in the US is already filling her out a little? What a cutie she is. looks like she has plenty of character! (does she still need the oh suzanna toy ?). Cant wait to see you all (and babysit for you!) wendy,xxx
